Big Bold Reds in South America!
Join Steve & Luci Saxton, of Bravuro Cellars, for a fantastic wine & culinary voyage to Chile and Argentina. We will have 3 full days of wine tasting in Chile, visiting the wine regions near Santiago. You will learn about Chile’s most famous varietal, Carmenere, as well as taste the other bold reds we have come to enjoy. We will then traverse the majestic Andes mountains on our way to Argentina. We will have 4 days of wine tasting in the famous wine regions of Mendoza. We will be tasting Malbecs, of course, as well as other varietals.
We scheduled this ten-day trip just before their grape harvest, February 8 – 17, 2026. On Valentine's Day, we will spend the entire day at Steve & Luci's favorite Mendoza winery, Krontiras Winery, in the Lujan de Cuyo region, the land of Malbec. They visited these wine regions in early 2024 and handpicked many wineries, restaurants, and hotels. We are excited to return and share their experience with you.
